Hallo und willkommen zurück an die, die mir treu geblieben sind und auch an die, die neu dazugekommen sind und sogar an die, die mir Untreu sind. Und natürlich an mich selbst.
Lange gabs nichts mehr von mir zu hören, das ändert sich nun. Es gab andere Projekte, die mich ein wenig davon abhielten, mein Buch, von dem ich auch überlege, es hier auszugsweise zu präsentieren und aus welchem ich auch einen Auszug nach Hildesheim geschickt habe um mich zur Eignungsprüfung zum Fach “Kreatives Schreiben” zu bewerben, und diverse Aufnahmen, die mir aber alle nicht 100% gefallen haben. Ich könnte nun auch sagen, dass ich auch noch einiges anderes im Kopf hatte – das wäre aber gelogen, ich bin eben einfach faul und genieße mein Leben.
Aber nun gibt es ein kleines Update mit neuen Songs!
Der erste – “Grown Up” – handelt von Selbstreflektion und Aufwachsen sowie Zurückblicken. Ich freue mich hingegen extrem, euch wieder mit “The Idiot” beglücken zu dürfen. Endlich, endlich, endlich, beide Songs waren meine persönlichen Baustellen, auf denen ich nie fertig wurde, ENDLICH habe ich sie fertig bekommen. Auch “New Year’s Fascism” dürfte demnächst im Übrigen eine Überholung bekommen, aber ich hoffe, das muss ich dazu nicht neu aufstellen, sondern kriege das mit Mastering hin! Über diese zwei Songs freue ich mich echt sehr und ich hoffe, auch ihr werdet sie schätzen!
Außerdem ist auch noch ein Cover vertreten!Ein Cover eines Künstlers, den ich wirklich sehr, sehr bewundere: John Cale.
Dies ist “Chinese Envoy” vom Album “Music for a new society”, einem meiner Lieblingsalben, wenn nicht DAS Lieblingsalbum.

Die Texte des Covers werde ich NICHT hochladen, da ich keine Lust auf irgendwelche Copyright-Streitereien habe. Man dürfte sie auch sonst irgendwie nachlesen können (ich rate dazu, John Cale ist einer meiner Lieblingssongwriter, extrem talentiert).
Eine weitere Ankündigung: Ich überlege, ob ich demnächst meine Lieder zum Download freigebe. Das kann in baldiger Zukunft sein, aber auch noch ein wenig hin. Auf jeden Fall würde es aber vermutlich kostenlos sein! Nur als Vorbereitung.
Das war also das neue Update! Ich hoffe, euch gefallen die Lieder, ich habe ein wenig mit Double-Tracking gespielt und gedenke, es in Zukunft auch so beizubehalten aber nunja – wir werdens sehen!

Hello and welcome back to those who were loyal to me, hello to those who are new here, and even hello to those who were not loyal to me. And of course: Hello to myself!
It has been a long time since the last update but now we’ve got a new one! There have been other projects that took me and are still taking me for example the book i am writing. I had to sent an excerpt of it to a university to apply for a test for “Creative Writing” and i am also thinking about publishing an excerpt here. The excerpt would be in german though, sorry! There were a lot of recordings, and i didn’t really like any of those versions. Well, i could say, there has been lots of other stuff in my head too – but i won’t lie, i’m just a lazy person who likes to enjoy life!
But now – we’ve got an update. Fuck yeah.
The first new song – “Grown Up” – is a song about self-reflection, growing (wow, you didn’t guess that, huh?) and looking back to one’s past. The second one is: “The Idiot”. Oh my god, i’m so excited about this one. It’s more or less my favourite of all my songs, i don’t know why. I have been working on it for so damn long, and finally finally finally – i’m finished! YAY! I’m very excited about both songs, they both have been very difficult, but finally – i can show them the bright light of our rotten earth. Well, at least something. I hope you all like them too, maybe as much as I do!
Something new: I’ll be starting with doing cover versions from now on! This one is originally by John Cale, an artist who i admire very very much. It is “Chinese Envoy” from his record “Music for a new society”, one of my favourite albums ever, perhaps my favourite album ever.

Another Announcement: I am thinking about making it possible to download my tracks. That might be soon, that might be in a faraway future, i’ll see! But anyway, it’ll probably be free!
So this was the new update. I hope you like the songs, i worked a bit with the doulbe-tracking-technique and i think i’ll keep on doing so, i like the effect it gives the songs!
